How does ordering work?

To order, please fill out the form below. Please include any requests in the "Notes" section; for example, if you would prefer a larger or smaller chicken. After we receive your form, we will assemble your order and email you a Paypal invoice. Once your invoice is paid, we will coordinate a pickup time. Orders can be picked up at our farm stand on Rte 69 in Parish.

Can I request a certain size of chicken or weight of package? Yes! Please indicate in the "Notes" section if you would like a certain size (smaller, larger, 4 lbs, 6 lbs, a larger 2lb package of breasts instead of a smaller 1lb, etc.), and we will do our best to match your request. Because we are a small farm and every chicken is unique we may not be able to match it exactly, but we will get as close as possible with the stock we have available.

How long will your chicken last in the freezer? Whole chickens and stock bags are shrink wrapped and will last up to a year in your freezer. Breasts and leg quarters are wrapped in freezer paper and should be enjoyed earlier, within approximately 3 months. To prevent freezer burn, you can wrap freezer paper packages in plastic wrap or plastic zipper bags.
