Pasture Raised Pork Order Form
Our heritage breed pigs are humanely raised outdoors in the fresh air and sunshine. They enjoy a varied diet of grains, grass, clover, fruits, and vegetables, plus as many belly scratches as they can get. Our pork is processed for us at a local USDA inspected facility.

What do we offer?

Nothing goes to waste here on the farm, which means we carry almost every pig part imaginable! Smoked bacon and ham, breakfast sausage links and ground Italian sausage, pork shoulder and butt roasts, pork chops, and fresh and smoked hocks, and organ meats. If you are looking for something but don't see it on the order sheet, please ask.

Wow, look at all that delicious fat! Heritage breed pigs are completely unlike the dry, bland, tasteless pork you get at the grocery store. This is partly due to their diverse diet and slow growth which results in much darker, more flavorful meat. It's also thanks to the thick, rich, delicious fat layer these breeds develop. Pasture-raised pork fat is packed with essential nutrients like Vitamin D, and has significantly higher levels of Omega-3 fatty acids and healthy polyunsaturated fats than conventional grain-fed pork (Christy & Arbuckle 2018). Don't be afraid of the luscious fat layer on your pasture-raised pork chops - not only does it keep your pork chop from drying out, but it will be the most delicious tasting fat you've ever eaten. You know how delicious bacon fat is, right? Yep, it's like that, except it's all over the entire pig!
